Raising Godly Children
Healthy families will always produce healthy societies. Children are gifts from God and He expects us to raise them in the fear and way of the Lord.
I look back to how I was trained and I am eternally grateful to God and my parents for that, I was taught to fast and pray, study the Bible, no wonder I had almost read the entire bible before I was 15. I remember the spanks, scoldings, slaps(of different types, lols). These has brought me to where I am today.
Stop rearing children like they are animals, treat them with love, pray with and for them, know their friends and be their friend. Take them to church, teach them to give both to God and to people. Get them a Bible, let them know Jesus for themselves, lead them to Christ.

When we have balanced homes, we will have well nurtured children. Discipline your child, yes! Its scriptural- Proverbs 22:15(AMP) "Foolishness is bound up in the heart of a child, but the rod of discipline will drive it far from him", But do it with love.
You maybe a parent, preparing to be a parent or will be someday, it doesn't matter, what matters is you are a caretaker and will account for these children. Don't be too busy and not have time for them, your job, not even ministry is an excuse.
If you will succeed in life and ministry, then you must have a balanced home with godly children.
Its better to have a beautiful childhood than having to repair adulthood.
I will quote Apostle Paul from 2Tim 1:5 MSG" That precious memory triggers another: your honest faith—and what a rich faith it is, handed down from your grandmother Lois to your mother Eunice, and now to you! ". Notice the flow? That's what God expect, the flow of faith even unto the children.

Be determined to be a parent with a difference!
God bless you.
