THE STRENGTHENER IN YOU.

THE STRENGTHENER IN YOU.
Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong (2 Corinthians 12:10).
As a child of God, you’re never without strength, because there’s a strengthener in you—the Holy Spirit. He ministers to you as your Strengthener. He strengthens you so that while He’s taking His own steps to ensure that everything works out right for you, you’re also participating actively in the process, because He has to function through you.
If you have the Holy Spirit in your life, weakness is no longer an option. Paul said in our opening verse, “...when I am weak, then am I strong.” In other words, when he was bruised and battered, broken down by external forces, he was made even stronger by the power of the Holy Spirit; he was empowered with might from within. No wonder the Bible declares that we have this treasure in earthen vessels (2 Corinthians 4:7).
Have you ever felt so weak and without strength that it seemed everything was going dark? Some people sometimes pass out because they have high blood pressure. They blackout all of a sudden! Some others have a demonic experience, which causes them to pass out; suddenly their eyes shut, and they can’t tell what followed afterwards.
Understand this: such things aren’t supposed to happen to you; and if they’ve been happening to you, you can stop them by applying the power of the Holy Spirit. In Luke 22:43, we read about an Angel from heaven strengthening Jesus in ministering to Him. The Holy Spirit does the same for us today; He strengthens us. Read Apostle Paul’s prayer in Ephesians 3:16: “That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man.” The Spirit strengthens you with might in your inner man. Recognize and take advantage of His strength from within. Be conscious of, and walk in, His ability that’s in your spirit.
CONFESSION
God is my refuge and strength! He’s my ever-present help in trouble, for He’s become my salvation. He makes my feet like the feet of a deer, because my heart trusts in Him. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak; therefore, I’m strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Glory to His Name forever.

Ephesians 6:10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
Colossians 1:9-11 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; 10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;11 Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;

USE WHOLESOME SPEECH.
(Define Your Life With The Right Words).
TO THE BIBLE Ephesians 4:29 MSG
“Watch the way you talk. Let nothing foul or dirty come out of your mouth. Say only what helps, each word a gift.”
LET’S TALK
The life that we received in Christ is an excellent one; it’s glorious and extraordinary; it’s the transcendent life, and your speech should be consistent with that life. The main reason many people have their lives upside down is because they don’t talk right. Our opening verse says, “Watch the way you talk. Let nothing foul or dirty come out of your mouth….”
Sometimes you hear a Christian say, “We were doing well two weeks back, but suddenly things just went down.” Some others, because of their experience, would say, “You know, things can’t just be rosy all through; you win some, you lose some; sometimes up, sometimes down.” A Christian shouldn’t talk like that.
You’re born to win always! You’re built for success; it’s part of your make up. Refuse to be defeated! Refuse to be weak! Get yourself together and declare, “I’m a success! I was born to reveal the glory of God! My life is upward and forward only!” Control the circumstances of your life with your tongue. Don’t wait; start it now if you’ve not been doing it.
Your mouth was given to you to chart your course in life. If your words are disorderly, your life will go in that direction; but when your words are excellent, your life will go accordingly as well. The character of your words is the character of your personality. So, watch your words! No man ever got better than his words; your life is the expression, the manifestation, and the reflection, of your words. Words define your life and your value.

Speak
The Word of God is in my heart and in my mouth! My words are wholesome, and they’re producing life to my body, job, business, ministry, family, and all that concerns me. I’m a success. I win always; I’m above only, and never beneath, because I’m a product of God’s infallible Word! Glory to God!

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS SESSION WITH REV. (DR.) CHRIS OYAHKILOME.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS SESSION WITH REV. (DR.) CHRIS OYAHKILOME.
Question– Shella (Belgium): Good day Pastor, is it possible that a true born again Christian can still be under a curse; that is, any kind of curse?
Answer: Well, any Christian could place himself under a curse like any Christian could allow the devil to do anything to him. It’s up to you. But, no curse on its own can have any effect on you. Doesn’t matter who is cursing, it’ll have no effect on you, but you could place yourself under a curse. And so, it’s just like this: when God said in the Garden of Eden, you remember when Adam and Eve sinned against God, and God never cursed Adam…He never cursed eve.
He said to them, the day you eat of the tree in the midst of the garden, you shall surely die. It wasn't a curse. He was just telling them the repercussions of their actions; it was no curse. He said you shall surely die. It was the result of their actions; that’s what he told them and when they did, he didn’t curse them, instead God said, “cursed is the ground for your sake” [Genesis 3:17]. He never cursed Adam. Why? Because he already blessed them. When God blesses you, HE CAN'T CURSE YOU. He can’t curse you! It’s not possible. So he couldn’t even curse Adam. He said, “Cursed is the ground for your sake! Out of your sweat shall you eat bread until you return to dust; for dust thou art and unto dust shall thou return” [Genesis 3:17-19]. No curse!
He already told them the result. Same thing with the woman! He said, “In sorrow shall your conception be” [Genesis 3:16]. No curse! So, it’s important that you recognize this.

HE BROUGHT US OUT, TO HIMSELF.

HE BROUGHT US OUT, TO HIMSELF.
Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son (Colossians 1:12-13).
The word translated “delivered” above is the Greek “rhuomai,” which means to pluck and bring to yourself. You know, you can pluck something and let it fall; or place it somewhere. However, it’s different when you pluck it and take it to yourself. It means to rush something out of where it is, and pull it to yourself. That’s what God did with us. He didn’t just “pluck” us out of the domain of darkness, He brought us out to Himself! He rushed you out of the power, the dominion, the control, the jurisdiction, the authority of
darkness, and pulled you to Himself; to absolute safety.
You’ve been delivered from the control of darkness. Darkness represents evil, evil powers and all their works. It represents all that’s destructive, everything that makes a lie, that works against the purposes of God, that’s negative to you, including Satan’s dominion. You’ve been plucked out of all such influences, and brought unto God.
You’re not under Satan’s jurisdiction; he has no authority over you; he can’t decide what happens to you. You don’t function under his jurisdiction, because you’ve been plucked out of his domain. Is it sickness that’s attacking your body? Is fear trying to take a hold of you? Is it fear of failure, fear of darkness, fear of the future, or any other kind of fear? These all belong to the domain of darkness, and you’ve been delivered from them all! Don’t be afraid of financial failure; fear isn’t allowed in the kingdom of Christ where you belong; it’s out-lawed.
It doesn’t matter what you’re going through, in the mind of God, you were plucked out of it. He’s already done it. You don’t need deliverance from the devil; no! Notice the tenses; it says, “Who hath delivered us from the dominion of darkness and hath translated us....” The word “translated” means “transferred”; He has transferred us; we’re not in the process, we’re not on our way to glory land; no. We were born there. Halleluiah!
CONFESSION
I am not under Satan’s jurisdiction; he has no authority over me, and cannot decide what happens to me. I dwell in the Kingdom of God’s “love Son”; the realm of health, wealth, prosperity, and life eternal, soaring on the wings of the Spirit, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

BUILD YOUR SPIRIT BY SPEAKING IN TONGUES.

BUILD YOUR SPIRIT BY SPEAKING IN TONGUES.
He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself... (1 Corinthians 14:4).
For you to experience appreciable spiritual growth, you must speak in tongues often. Praying in tongues is an effective means of spiritual communication with the Lord; it transcends the natural mind or intellect (1 Corinthians 14:14). You’re stirred when you speak in tongues, the anointing wells up like currents from your spirit.
According to our opening verse, you edify yourself when you speak in tongues. “Edify” derives from the Greek word “oikodomeo,” which means to construct or build up, much in the same sense as building or constructing an edifice. The idea given to us by the Spirit of God is that when we speak in other tongues, we build up ourselves, like an edifice, brick by brick, as you would a physical structure (Jude 1:20).
In Acts 20:32, Paul said to the brethren at Ephesus “And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up....” Connecting this with our text lets us know that speaking in tongues works in conjunction with the Word to build your spirit. If you want to grow stronger spiritually, not only should you study and listen to God’s Word, you should also speak in tongues frequently.
The Bible says, “But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost” (Jude 1:20). Speaking in other tongues is therefore a necessary requirement for your spiritual growth and upliftment. If you’re born again and have received the Holy Spirit, you can and should speak in tongues frequently. You don’t need to wait for special prayer times; wherever you are, speak in tongues. It will condition and programme your spirit for the life of success and dominion.
PRAYER
Dear Father, my life is transformed, and my spirit is conditioned for success, dominion and victory as I speak in other tongues. I’m catapulted to higher realms of glory, strengthened with your miracle-working ability in my spirit, in the Name of the Lord Jesus. Amen.
FURTHER STUDY:
1 Corinthians 14:2 For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries.

Give Your Dreams Positive Interpretations

QUESTION: Dear Pastor, if one happens to find his/herself eating in the dream, what does it mean or what should one do? Pastor does it means am possess like many says or something? Please your answer is needed on this.
ANSWER: Give Your Dreams Positive Interpretations
Jeremiah 29:8 For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Let not your prophets and your diviners, that be in the midst of you, deceive you, neither hearken to your dreams which ye cause to be dreamed.
In certain Christian circles, many believe that eating in your dream is ominous; they associate it with the activities of demons. But could there possibly be anything wrong with eating in your sleep? What’s the position of God’s Word on the subject? Let’s begin by reviewing
Isaiah 29:7-8: “And the multitude of all the nations that fight against Ariel…shall be as a dream of a night vision. It shall even be as when an hungry man dreameth, and behold, he eateth; but he awaketh, and his soul is empty: or as when a thirsty man dreameth, and behold, he drinketh; but he awaketh, and, behold, he is faint, and his soul hath appetite…”
If a man eats in his dream and still wakes up hungry, it means he really didn’t eat anything. This therefore
shows there’s nothing to eating in your dream; it’s just the imagination of your spirit.
Satan thrives on the fear and ignorance of people. If you had a dream for example, and then you’re uncertain about the meaning, satan could launch an attack against your mind by suggesting negative interpretations to that dream. Fear might then creep in, which ultimately could pave way for demons to have a field day. So the problem isn’t with the dream; it has a lot more to do with accepting the negative interpretation of the dream brought to you by satan.
So you ought to be smart to always subject your dreams to the Word of God. Don’t accept the lie from satan that eating in your dream is ominous; if anything, it means prosperity. Throughout the Bible, there’s no place satan gave people food to eat in a dream; only God fed people in their dream, example is Peter (Acts 10:9-15).
If you found yourself eating in your dream, don’t be afraid. Wake up and begin to prophesy: “I was eating in my dream; therefore I shall always have food. I shall always have plenty!” Don’t wake up crying that someone has bewitched you in your dream, for you’re a new creation in Christ Jesus, and every food you eat is sanctified by the Word of God and prayer. Besides, no weapon fashioned against you shall prosper, be it in your dream or in real life.
Confession:
I’ve learned today to always cream my dreams. I refuse to base the outcome of my life on the lies and suggestions of the enemy. Rather, I see myself in the greater light of God’s Word as the true victor that I am. Hallelujah!
Further Study:
Isaiah 54:17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.
Luke 10:19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

Rhapsody Of Realities
Prayer for Monday 29th February 2016
Dear heavenly Father, I thank you for the gift of righteousness bestowed on me in Christ Jesus. I function in righteousness, because I have the nature of Christ. My heart and conscience are purified in Christ. I walk in the reality of the life of righteousness, which I have in Christ, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

HE DOESN'T CONVICT YOU OF SIN.

HE DOESN'T CONVICT YOU OF SIN.
For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged. But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world (1 Corinthians 11:31-32).
It’s not the ministry of the Holy Spirit to convict God’s people of sin. The Bible says the Holy Spirit will convict the world of sin, not the Church. For the Church, the Bible says, “For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged” (1Corinthians 11:31). That means by our own spirits, we can tell when we’ve done something wrong, and our own spirits will judge us. We let our spirits judge us, so that we might not be judged of the Lord. Your spirit has the nature of
God.
When you do wrong, what you need is to act on the Word of God: receive forgiveness. You don’t ask for forgiveness, which is where a lot of people miss it. The Bible didn’t say that you ask for forgiveness; rather, it says in Hebrews 4:16 , “Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.” Did you notice it doesn’t say, “Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, and ask for mercy?” Instead, it says “to obtain,” that is, collect it.
You may have done something wrong and prayed to God to forgive you, and in your heart, you knew He forgave you. Some days later, the guilt of what you did weighs down on your mind and it seems as though He didn’t quite forgive you, so you find yourself asking for forgiveness again. The truth is, He isn’t responsible for the accusation you felt in your mind, because it’s not part of His ministry to convict you of sin.
Jesus is your advocate with the Father. Thus, when you say, “Father, I receive forgiveness for what I did,” immediately, you’re forgiven. The Bible says He is faithful and just to forgive us, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). It didn’t say He’s quick to judge us and convict us. Your spirit does that; but God is greater than your spirit (1 John 3:20-21).

FURTHER STUDY:
2 Corinthians 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
1 John 1:7-10 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. 8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.
Hebrews 4:15-16 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as [we are, yet] without sin. 16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

 SHOW OTHERS THE WAY.
(Lead People To The Lord) TO THE  BIBLE: John 20:21
“So Jesus said to them again, “Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.””
 LET’S TALK

It’s important to understand what Jesus meant when He said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me ” (John 14:6). Jesus isn’t the Christian’s way to the Father. In fact, a Christian isn’t on the way to the Father; he doesn’t need that. The sinners need “the way” to the Father, and Jesus is that way. When you were born again, you were born in God’s presence. Jesus was the way through which you were brought into God’s presence. You’re there now; you don’t need the way anymore. You’re now to show others the way!

Understand this: Jesus came as man’s intermediary, as a mediator between God and human beings. That’s why He brought salvation, and now that He’s brought salvation, and we’ve received that salvation, we’re now the bonafide offspring of God; we don’t need a mediator anymore! However, the world, the non-Christians, need a mediator, and that’s why we’ve been given the ministry of reconciliation, to lead them to Christ. Therefore, we’re now the mediators, working together with the Lord to bring men into salvation.

Never become oblivious of what the Lord has made you. As you preach the Gospel, and reconcile people to Christ, you’re fulfilling your ministry, as a saviour from Zion. Remember, He said, “...saviors shall come to Mount Zion...” (Obadiah 1:21); not “a Saviour ,” which would have meant the Lord Himself; but “ saviours ,” referring to you and me. He saved us to save others. As the Father sent Jesus, so has Jesus sent us to lead men to righteousness. Live for this cause.

HE QUALIFIED US.

HE QUALIFIED US.
Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light (Colossians 1:12).
Our opening scripture tells us that God has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the kingdom of light. By your own ability, you couldn’t qualify; by your parent’s ability you couldn’t qualify; by your earthly nationality, you couldn’t qualify; by your words and actions, you couldn’t qualify. He qualified you in Christ Jesus; He made you fit to be an associate of the God-kind. He qualified you to be an heir of God, and a joint-heir with Christ.
This means you shouldn’t have the poverty mentality; you should have no sense of need or lack, because your Father owns everything. Take for instance, little kids who know their parents have and will give them anything; they rarely ask for anything from other kids. They wouldn’t steal or covet something that belongs to other kids, because they know they can get whatever they want from their parents. However, the child whose parents never give anything is the one that’s more likely to steal or covet a toy that belongs to another child.
You belong to the One who made and owns all things, and He’s made you heir of all things. The Bible says, “According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue” (2 Peter 1:3). Ephesians 1:11 tells us that in Christ, you “...have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will.” These are no promises, but present-hour realities. Therefore, celebrate your inheritance in Christ.
You celebrate your inheritance by giving thanks to God for the things He’s done for you through Christ Jesus. Celebrate your salvation, divine health, prosperity, peace, and righteousness; celebrate God’s blessings in your life. You didn’t do anything to qualify for His blessings; He qualified you. Ephesians 2:9 says, “Not of works, lest any man should boast.”
PRAYER
Dear heavenly Father, I thank you for qualifying me to be a partaker of the inheritance of the saints in the kingdom of light. I have no consciousness of need, because you’ve granted me all that pertain to life and godliness. By faith, and with joy, I draw from the wells of salvation, having all sufficiency in all things, and abounding in every good work, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

WE’RE GOD’S GLADIATORS

WE’RE GOD’S GLADIATORS
You know, it’s one thing to know how to read your Bible, pray every day and go to church when you should, but it’s another thing to live a victorious life. It’s one thing to be militant in your spirit but another thing entirely to understand the battle and be victorious in it. When you say, “The battle is the Lord’s,” there’s a lot more to it than that. It’s the Lord’s battle alright, but He calls you His battle axe and weapons of war (Jeremiah 51:20).
In Jericho, God didn’t command us to stand still. We don’t stand still; the generation that stood still has died. Moses said to that generation, “Hey, stand still and see the salvation of God” (Exodus 14:13) – because they had the slave mentality – but remember, God’s response was an urgent one“Go forward!” Now, this is not the generation with the slave mentality; this new generation has the warrior mentality.
We’re God’s gladiators, and He continually urges us to go forward and launch the offensive against the enemy. In this new generation, not only are we militant in our spirits, we also never take ‘No’ for an answer or back down for the devil or give anything up to him. When you get to this point you won’t say “The battle is the Lord’s” and fold your hands. You are His battle-axe and weapons of war! He’s carrying out His acts through you.
You ought to pray with understanding. Now, there’s a difference between praying with understanding and praying with the understanding. Praying with the understanding means praying through your mind in a language that you understand. Praying with understanding, however, means that even though you may not be praying in the language you understand, you understand and are applying the principles of prayer; you know who you are and who God is. You understand that you’re praying as a joint heir with Christ; that means you’re praying with reverence and with faith, through the Word of God. That’s what it means to pray with understanding. Some people pray without understanding, so when they talk to God, He doesn’t hear them and they get no results. You’ve got to manifestly understand who you are and who God is, and that without faith you cannot please Him.
Without the principles of God’s Word in operation, your prayers are empty, even when you’re praying in other tongues. Pray with your spirit open for God to hear you, and you to hear Him. That’s the fellowship of the Spirit – you’re talking to God and He’s talking to you. It’s not a one-way communication. You’re pouring your heart out to Him and He’s pouring His heart to you. That’s fellowship, and when you fellowship with God this way through His Spirit, you’re filled with wisdom and with the Word of God and you become an effective soldier in the Kingdom of God.
Remember! As a believer you become a fighter. You start talking differently. You start talking about taking cities, nations and the world. You’re totally different now, your life has changed. You have arrived in the place of warfare. Even your intercessory prayers have changed. Now you speak words of power; fire comes out of your mouth and you’re conquering cities and nations for Jesus Christ. Glory to God!

MATTHEW 25:41

DON’T STOP UNTIL THERE’S A CHANGE! (FAITH).

DON’T STOP UNTIL THERE’S A CHANGE! (FAITH).

Do you know your persistency in prayer is absolutely vital to changing your circumstances? Sometimes when you have a matter to settle or you desire a change in a situation you don’t have full jurisdiction over, you have to continue in prayer until that change comes. Now this doesn’t negate faith nor mean you’re unbelieving. Actually, the reason you choose not to give up or shift grounds is because you’re acting your faith. The Bible says that ’’…The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available (dynamic in its working) (James 5:16b AMP)’’.
Many are too used to praying “emergency prayers” that don’t work. They wait until the pressure mounts and then start pushing panic-buttons and praying fast prayers for fast answers. But Elijah knew better. We read in our opening scripture what he did when he wanted a miracle: he cast himself down upon the earth and put his head between his knees, praying heartfelt, continued prayer (1 Kings 18:42-44). He prayed until he got a miracle.
This is what many in the Church today aren’t doing. Years ago, Christians were taught to be earnest and persistent in prayer, but the more they learned the Word of faith, the more some drifted away from the message of prayer. But to be effective, you must have the two together: the Word of faith and earnest, heartfelt, continued prayer.
You must have the willingness to pray with all your heart and continue in prayer until you have the note of victory in your spirit. You might ask, “But when do I stop?” You stop when you “know that you know” in your spirit (not in your head) that it’s done! Remember, this is different from the prayer of faith, where you pray only once and don’t have to go back to pray again about the same thing.

HOW DOES A POWER COUPLE LOOKS LIKE? A OR B

PRAYING IN THE NAME OF JESUS!

PRAYING IN THE NAME OF JESUS!
And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you (John 16:23)
Notice in the latter part of the scripture above that Jesus didn’t say “Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father through my name, he will give it you.” Before you were born again, the Name of Jesus was given to you so you could come through that Name to the Father and be saved. Jesus said, “…I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me” (John 14:6). In other words, He said, “Come to God through me!”
Now, having accepted His invitation and have come to the Father through Him, you’ve received eternal life and have become a partaker of the divine nature! You’re now one with Him; you’re now a citizen of the Kingdom of God. Now that you’re in His kingdom, you have His life, you have already come to the Father and you don’t go back. You came to the Father at the new birth through Christ, and having come to Him, you now dwell in His presence.
This is why you shouldn’t pray to the Father and say “through Jesus Christ our Lord.” You may have prayed that way for a long time but that doesn’t make it right. You may have thought that it worked for you; it probably didn’t and you only thought it did. God only overlooked your ignorance. Now that you know the truth, it’s time to grow up! The revelation from God’s Word in the New Testament is praying to the Father in the Name of Jesus.
There’s a great difference between praying through Jesus and praying in His Name. When you pray to the Father in the Name of Jesus, you’re exercising the power of attorney He gave you to use His Name. This means you’re operating the full legal powers He gave you to act in His stead and on His behalf. When you pray in His Name, it’s as though Jesus Himself were speaking, and everything responds to you the same way they would respond to Jesus. To pray through Him on the other hand, makes Him a medium, which is not required, now that you’re in Him.
So, learn to pray the right way today, and receive answers to your prayers.

MINISTER TO THE LORD

MINISTER TO THE LORD

“Now there were in the church at Antioch certain prophets and teachers; …as they ministered to the lord, and fasted, the Holy Spirit said…” (Acts 13:1-2)

It’s vital to learn how to minister to the Lord, and more importantly, to know when to pray the prayer of worship. The opening scripture says ’’…as they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Ghost said…’’; letting us know that the power of God’s Spirit is manifested as we minister to the Lord, in an atmosphere of true worship.

To minister to Lord is to pray and worship according to His Word and to make confessions to His Name. Confession comes from the Greek word ‘Homologia’ which means speaking the same thing in consent or consonance with God; to say what God has said in agreement with Him. So in ministering to the Lord you say beautiful things about Him and revere His awesome majesty in line with the revelation of His personality in the Word. Ministering to the Lord is a very important aspect of our Christian service.

Note that the Spirit only spoke after the people had ‘ministered to the Lord’. Learn to minister to the Lord and you’ll begin to experience a depth in the spirit that is beyond the ordinary.

Rhapsody Of Realities
Prayer for Thursday 25th February 2016
Precious Father, I thank you for the power of the Holy Spirit that’s at work in me. I’m invigorated with miracle-working ability in my spirit, by the Holy Spirit who lives in me. I’m strengthened for greater works, and positioned for the supernatural life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

The word “might” is the Greek “dunamis”; it means miracle-working ability; the ability to make supernatural things happen. It refers to an ability to do the impossible; a supernatural ability. This is the power that God wants you to operate in, and with; it’s His will for you. You can change anything. You can fix anything, because of His power working in you. This “might” with which you’re strengthened and energized for the supernatural and transcendent life isn’t according to man’s ability, but according to God’s own ability.
No wonder He says, “Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think anything as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God” (2 Corinthians 3:5). He’s your ability; He’s your strength! Therefore, no matter what happens, no matter what’s going on around you, you’re so strengthened of God, so invigorated with miracle-working ability that you’re not troubled; you’re unperturbed. Oh, what a glorious and triumphant life we have in Christ! It’s a life without impossibilities or limitations!
It makes no difference the troubles, storms or adversities that may come against you, you won’t fret or be anxious when you’re invigorated with miracle-working ability. You won’t be bothered about the devil or what he can do, because he’s not a factor. You’re relaxed and joyful always, irrespective and independent of circumstances. Halleluiah!

STRENGTHENED WITH GOD'S MIGHT.

STRENGTHENED WITH GOD'S MIGHT.
That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness (Colossians 1:10-11).
In our theme scripture, we see another desire and will of God’s Spirit as He prays through the Apostle Paul for His saints. He wants us to be strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness. What does this mean?
The word “might” is the Greek “dunamis”; it means miracle-working ability; the ability to make supernatural things happen. It refers to an ability to do the impossible; a supernatural ability.
